Terms & conditions

Hoodies:

  • For designs including student names these must be supplied in ‘Excel’ format using the document we will provide, usually at least 6 weeks prior to your delivery deadline.
  • Your logo, as a high resolution PDF or vector file (.eps or .ai.) must also be supplied at this time.
  • Once your content is received a PDF proof of your hoodie artwork will be sent to you for approval.
  • Two set of changes to your hoodie artwork are included in your price quotation free of charge. Any further changes will incur additional costs.
  • Delivery of hoodies is approximately 4 weeks from final order confirmation and artwork approval.
  • If your specification changes once orders and artwork have been confirmed, then the price and delivery date will be affected.
  • If your order is cancelled at any time, up to 100% of the full cost of the order will still be payable.
  • All prices include VAT (where applicable) and delivery to one mainland UK address.

 

Paperback Yearbooks:

  • Your content should be supplied via your Kittle School Archive. All content should be received at least 6 weeks prior to your delivery deadline.
  • Text content to be supplied in ‘word doc’ format and all images as JPEG with a minimum size of 200kbs.
  • Once all content is uploaded your book will be created and a first proof sent to you. Two set of changes to your yearbook proof are included free of charge. Any further changes will incur additional costs.
  • Once you have finalised your artwork, a final PDF proof will be sent to you for approval.
  • Delivery of yearbooks is approximately 4 weeks from approval of the final PDF proof.
  • If your specification changes once orders and the final PDF proof have been confirmed, then the price and delivery date will be affected.
  • If your order is cancelled at any time, up to 100% of the full cost of the order will still be payable
  • All prices include VAT (where applicable) and delivery to one mainland UK address.

 

Hardback Yearbooks:

  • Your content should be added to the online software. Please ensure that all images are as high quality as possible, ideally as as JPEGs with a minimum size of 200kbs. Your first proof should be submitted online at least 6 weeks prior to your delivery deadline.
  • Once you have submitted your first proof online, a PDF proof will be sent to you for approval.
  • Two set of changes to your yearbook proof are included free of charge. Any further changes will incur additional costs.
  • Delivery of yearbooks is approximately 2 weeks from approval of the final proof and confirmation of final orders.
  • If your specification changes once orders and artwork have been confirmed, then the price and delivery date will be affected.
  • If your order is cancelled at any time, up to 100% of the full cost of the order will still be payable.
  • All prices include VAT (where applicable) and delivery to one mainland UK address.

As leavers products are unique, personalised items refunds and exchanges are not available unless products are faulty.
